RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Merchandise Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Gamble Gang purchase. Because eligible merchandise purchases made during an active Gamble Gang Sweepstakes may generate promotional Sweepstakes entries, merchandise purchased during the Promotion Period is not eligible for a cash refund after Sweepstakes entries have been issued, except where otherwise required by law.

At our discretion, we may approve the return of eligible merchandise for store credit. To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To request a return, contact us at info@gamblegang.gg with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send merchandise back without first receiving return authorization from Gamble Gang.

Sweepstakes Entries & Returns

Sweepstakes entries associated with merchandise that is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or determined to have been purchased through fraudulent or unauthorized means will be voided in accordance with the applicable Official Rules.

Digital Products

Digital products, including Gamble Gang digital poster bundles, are delivered electronically and are not returnable or refundable after delivery, except where otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@gamblegang.gg as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

If a merchandise return is approved, we may issue store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit does not have a cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
