#GG1 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE “OFFICIAL RULES.” ALL REFERENCES TO CURRENCY IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE EXPRESSED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD$). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The “#GG1 Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 14, 2026 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 7, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gamble Gang LLC, 1705 Hill St., Dallas, NC 28034 (the “Sponsor”).

The official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes is the computer of the Sponsor.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, except that residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be nineteen (19) years of age or older.

Officers, members, directors, representatives, and employees of the Sponsor and any of its parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, and persons engaged in the development, production, administration, or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, including Dan’s Custom Built Gaming Beasts, collectively the “Released Parties,” and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES

An individual will be deemed a participant (“Participant”) if the individual enters using at least one of the following methods.

1. Merchandise Purchase Entry

Visit gamblegang.gg during the Promotion Period and complete a purchase of eligible Gamble Gang merchandise.

Eligible merchandise purchases earn ten (10) entries for every whole dollar of the merchandise subtotal. The merchandise subtotal will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar before entries are calculated.

For example, a merchandise subtotal of $49.49 will earn four hundred ninety (490) entries, while a merchandise subtotal of $49.50 will earn five hundred (500) entries.

Entries are calculated using the merchandise subtotal before the application of discount codes and exclude shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and any other fees.

Participants must provide all information requested during checkout, which may include their full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address.

2. Digital Poster Bundle Purchase Entry

Participants may purchase Sponsor-generated digital poster bundles at gamblegang.gg and receive the following number of entries:

  • $25 Digital Poster Bundle: two hundred fifty (250) entries
  • $50 Digital Poster Bundle: five hundred fifty (550) entries
  • $100 Digital Poster Bundle: one thousand five hundred (1,500) entries
  • $250 Digital Poster Bundle: four thousand (4,000) entries

Each digital poster bundle includes the number and type of digital posters described on the applicable product page.

Digital poster bundles also include a one-time discount code for a future order:

  • $25 Digital Poster Bundle: 5% discount code
  • $50 Digital Poster Bundle: 10% discount code
  • $100 Digital Poster Bundle: 15% discount code
  • $250 Digital Poster Bundle: 20% discount code

Each discount code:

  • May be used only on an order placed after the qualifying digital poster bundle purchase
  • May be used one time
  • May not be combined or stacked with another discount code
  • Expires one (1) year after the date it is issued
  • May be used toward eligible merchandise or another digital poster bundle

An eligible subsequent digital poster bundle purchase may include another discount code as described on the applicable product page.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not returnable or refundable after delivery except where otherwise required by law.

3. Instagram Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following actions during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow @gamblegang.gg on Instagram
  • Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the designated #GG1 Instagram giveaway post
  • Share the designated giveaway post to their Instagram Story

Completion of all required Instagram actions equals one (1) entry.

4. Facebook Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following actions during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow or like the Gamble Gang Facebook Page at facebook.com/gamblegang.gg
  • Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the designated #GG1 Facebook giveaway post
  • Share the designated giveaway post to their Facebook Feed or Story

Completion of all required Facebook actions equals one (1) entry.

5. TikTok Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following actions during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow @gamblegang.gg on TikTok
  • Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the designated #GG1 TikTok giveaway post
  • Repost the designated giveaway post or share it to their TikTok Story

Completion of all required TikTok actions equals one (1) entry.

6. X/Twitter Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following actions during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow @gamblegang_gg on X, formerly known as Twitter
  • Repost or retweet the designated #GG1 giveaway post
  • Tag two (2) friends in a reply to the designated giveaway post

Completion of all required X/Twitter actions equals one (1) entry.

Participants may be required to provide screenshots or other reasonable proof that the required social-media actions were completed. Social-media profiles may need to be public at the time entries are verified.

7. Additional Free Online Entry Opportunities

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor may make additional free entry opportunities available at gamblegang.gg.

These opportunities may include, without limitation:

  • Subscribing to the Gamble Gang YouTube channel
  • Following Gamble Gang on Twitch
  • Following designated Gamble Gang creators
  • Completing other free promotional actions displayed on the Sponsor’s website

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable entry page, each completed and verified action earns one (1) entry.

Available actions, requirements, and deadlines will be displayed on gamblegang.gg. Sponsor may add, modify, or remove available additional entry opportunities during the Promotion Period. Entries validly earned before an opportunity is modified or removed will not be revoked solely because of that modification or removal.

8. Mail-In Entry—No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, hand print the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch card:

  • “#GG1 Giveaway”
  • Full legal name
  • Complete mailing address
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth

Place the completed card in a standard envelope bearing a handwritten return address and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between August 14, 2026 and September 7, 2026 and must be received by September 14, 2026.

Each valid mail-in request receives five hundred (500) entries.

Limit one (1) entry request per outer mailing envelope. Each envelope must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, bulk-mailed, metered, or otherwise duplicated cards or envelopes are prohibited.

A Participant may submit up to forty (40) valid mail-in entry requests, for a maximum of twenty thousand (20,000) mail-in entries.

Entry Limit

There is a maximum of twenty thousand (20,000) total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods.

Any entries received or earned beyond the twenty-thousand-entry limit will be void.

Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, deceptive, manipulated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Automated entries and entries generated by scripts, macros, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means are prohibited.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, postage-due, stolen, or otherwise undeliverable entries.

IV. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHARGEBACKS

Because eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period generate Sweepstakes entries, merchandise purchased during the Promotion Period is not eligible for a cash refund after entries have been issued, except where otherwise required by law.

Sponsor may, in its discretion and subject to its published return policy, permit an approved merchandise return in exchange for store credit.

Entries associated with merchandise that is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or determined to have been purchased through fraudulent or unauthorized means will be voided.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if the cancellation, return, payment dispute, or chargeback causes the Participant’s valid entry total to change or if Sponsor determines that the purchase was made primarily to obtain entries without a genuine intention to complete the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits remedies available for merchandise that is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or otherwise subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

V. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the administration, verification, and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Participants may receive marketing communications from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility or validly earned entries.

VI. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, electronic, network, telephone, computer, hardware, software, website, platform, or internet failure, error, interruption, delay, deletion, defect, unauthorized intervention, or malfunction affecting an entry, purchase, communication, or operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate entry information, failed communications, unavailable social-media content, deleted accounts or posts, platform outages, changes to third-party platform functionality, or technical problems affecting a Participant’s ability to complete or verify an entry method.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

VII. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of one brand-new custom-built Gamble Gang gaming PC built by Dan’s Custom Built Gaming Beasts.

The PC includes:

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,800.

Standard shipping to the verified winner within the eligible Sweepstakes territory is included.

Actual value may vary based on market conditions at the time the prize is awarded. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The Grand Prize will be shipped to the verified winner at the mailing address approved by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by the winner’s failure to provide accurate shipping information or complete required documentation.

No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if an advertised component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

VIII. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about Monday, September 14, 2026 at approximately 7:00 p.m. ET.

Sponsor intends to conduct and publicly broadcast the drawing through one or more Gamble Gang social-media channels. The exact platform and viewing details may be announced before the drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner may be notified using any contact information available to Sponsor, including telephone, email, direct message, or social-media communication.

The potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days after Sponsor’s first notification attempt. Failure to respond within the required period, inability to contact the potential winner, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until the Grand Prize is awarded.

IX. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to complete and return:

  • An Affidavit of Eligibility
  • A Liability Release
  • A Publicity Release
  • IRS Form W-9
  • Proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility
  • Any other documentation reasonably required to administer the Sweepstakes or deliver the prize

Required documents must be completed and returned within three (3) calendar days of delivery unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

The prize is awarded “AS IS” and without any warranty, representation, or guarantee by Sponsor, whether express or implied, except for any manufacturer or builder warranty that may apply and be transferable to the winner.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission, where legally permitted, to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, image, voice, statements, photographs, and remotely recorded video for advertising, promotional, publicity, and administrative purposes without additional compensation.

The winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in providing remote photographs, video, or other content showing the winner and/or prize after delivery. In-person travel or attendance is not required unless separately agreed to in writing by the winner and Sponsor.

X. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if Sponsor determines that fraud, misconduct, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another factor has impaired or is likely to impair the integrity, fairness, security, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select a winner from among all eligible entries received before the action giving rise to termination, if legally permissible and reasonably practicable.

Sponsor is not obligated to award more prizes than the number stated in these Official Rules.

XI. RELEASES

By participating, each Participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes
  • Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize
  • Travel, delivery, installation, operation, maintenance, or performance of the prize
  • Participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity
  • Any printing, typographical, technical, human, or administrative error
  • Any use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, or video as permitted by these Official Rules

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

XII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Charlotte, North Carolina.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or multiplied damages, or attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes.

XIII. OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST

Residents of jurisdictions in which a self-addressed, stamped envelope cannot legally be required may submit a written request without one.

XIV. WINNER LIST REQUEST

To request the name of the confirmed winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Winner-list requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the winner is confirmed.

The winner’s name may also be announced on Gamble Gang’s website and social-media accounts.

XVI. MISCELLANEOUS

All trademarks, product names, brands, and component names referenced in connection with the Sweepstakes are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and prize-description purposes.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Google, Apple, NVIDIA, AMD, ASUS, PNY, Microsoft, G.Skill, Crucial, Jonsbo, Thermalright, or Super Flower.

Participants fully release each applicable social-media platform from any liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to any social-media platform or prize-component manufacturer.
